3-6 months = head size 14-16"
6-12 months = head size 16-18"
12-24 months = head size 18-19.5"
2T-4T = head size 19.5-20.5"
5T-Preteen = head size 20.5-21.5"
Adult Small = head size 21-22"
Adult Medium = head size 22-24"
Adult Large = 24" and up
